Account deletion

You can ask us to delete your RaketRadar account and the data attached to it from this page, even if you have already uninstalled the app. You do not have to give a reason.

01

If you still have the app

Profile → Delete account: it asks for your password and the deletion is immediate. If you no longer have the app, the form below does exactly the same thing.

02

Delete your account

Enter the email address you signed up with. We send a six-digit code to check the address is yours: as soon as you enter it, the account is deleted.

Prefer email? Write to support (at) raketradar.com from the address you signed up with: that counts as a request.

03

What gets deleted

  • First name, surname, email, phone number, date of birth, gender and password.
  • Your profile photo, from the database and from the server disk.
  • Levels, availability, preferences, starting point and town.
  • Friends, groups, favourite and blocked players.
  • Proposals, answers and upcoming matches: matches not yet played are cancelled and the other players notified.
  • Usage events linked to your account.

What stays, and why

  • Server technical logs for 90 days, for security and troubleshooting: they hold IP addresses and requests, not your profile.
  • Messages you wrote in chats of matches already played stay visible to the people who were there, with the link to your profile removed.
  • Level ratings you gave stay in aggregate, anonymous form, because they affect other players' levels.
  • Any reports received about your conduct, for as long as needed to protect other users.
  • Data we must keep for legal obligations (tax, accounting) or to defend a legal claim.

04

Timing

Deletion is immediate: the moment you enter the code, the account and the data linked to it are gone.

The code is valid for 30 minutes. If you never use it nothing happens and the account stays active.
